Clara is committed to helping others understand that fitness is crucial for a vibrant life, extending beyond mere aesthetics. Jax's fitness journey started through his love for volleyball, where years of playing and coaching inspired him to learn more about how the body moves and performs. After competing at the collegiate level and completing a degree in Health and Exercise Sciences at UBC, he developed a strong passion for helping others feel confident and capable through movement.
At STAXX, Jax focuses on creating a positive, encouraging environment where clients can learn to understand their bodies and train with purpose. He believes fitness should be challenging but enjoyable, blending hard work with laughter and a supportive atmosphere in every session.
Outside the studio, Jaxson enjoys playing volleyball and any other sport he can find time for, coaching young athletes, camping, and spending evenings playing board games with friends.

Her training style is rooted in care, encouragement, and building lasting strength—inside and out.
As a mother of one teenage boy and two young adult sons, Carien finds her greatest joy in spending time with them outdoors—whether hiking, biking, or paddleboarding in the Okanagan sunshine.
